Donation Requests

Please complete the form below to request items to be donated for your non-profit organization or event. Requests should be submitted a minimum of 4 weeks prior to the date needed. We review all submitted requests once a month and award donations based on proximity, need, and alignment with our corporate giving goals. If your donation is approved we will reach out via the contact information to arrange pickup or delivery. Due to the volume of requests received, we are unable to donate to private individuals, sports teams, or for-profit entities performing fundraisers. 

Please note: We are only able to provide donations to organizations based in or near Polk County, Florida. Please do not submit a donation request form if your organization does not fit these criteria. Thank you!
